The AI Agent Setup Playbook: Build Your Virtual Team in 48 Hours

If you've been watching AI agent tutorials but still haven't built one that does real work for you, this playbook is your fix. You're not scared of AI agents—you're scared of setting one up wrong, giving it too much access, or wasting hours on something that breaks the second you close the tab. Fair. This playbook gives you seven concrete plays you can run this weekend. Each one walks you through a specific agent setup: when to use it, how to configure permissions so you stay in control, and exactly what to tell the agent so it doesn't need you to re-explain yourself every single time. You'll learn how to automate your daily check-ins across Slack, email, and project tools. How to build reusable skills so your agent remembers your workflows. How to vet any third-party skill before it touches your data. And how to set up a small virtual team that grows with you—not a single chatbot you have to babysit. No fluff. No "imagine if…" scenarios. Just step-by-step execution pulled from the same systems I've used to grow 100K+ followers. You'll walk away with agents that save you hours every week and boundaries that keep you safe. If you're ready to stop manually checking the same five tabs every morning and start letting AI handle the boring stuff, this is your blueprint.
